Skills, portfolio items, educational background, university affiliation, work experience, and gig offerings.
Transaction Records
Order details, milestones, escrow payments, and payout requests. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Analytics & Security
Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, referral sources, and page interactions to prevent fraud and optimize speed.

Data retention
We retain personal information as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure, personal identifying information is anonymised within 90 days, except financial records retained for 7 years to satisfy Sri Lankan tax requirements.

HelaWorks is strictly intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a child under 16 provides us with data, contact us for immediate removal.
