Your payment is held securely in WorkHub Escrow when you place an order. Funds are only released to the seller after you explicitly approve the delivery. If the seller fails to deliver, you are eligible for a full refund.
You can request a refund from your Order page if the delivery does not meet your requirements. If a dispute arises, WorkHub's support team will mediate. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Submit a Restoration Appeal using the contact form below. Select "Restoration Appeal" as the category and clearly explain your situation. Our Trust & Safety team will review your case within 24–48 hours.
Our average first response time is under 2 hours for standard tickets. High-priority issues (billing disputes, account appeals) are typically reviewed within 1 hour.
Navigate to My Orders, open the order, and click "Request Cancellation". Both parties must agree for a mutual cancellation. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, the cancellation is automatically approved.
The Milestone plan splits payment into two phases. You pay 20% upfront to kick off the project, the seller submits a demo for your review, then you pay the remaining 80% to trigger final delivery. Both payments are held in escrow until you approve.
