Requesting a Refund

WorkHub provides refund protection through escrow. If your order is cancelled before delivery approval, you are entitled to a full refund.

When am I eligible for a refund?

  • The seller did not deliver the order within the agreed timeframe.
  • Both parties agree to cancel the order (mutual cancellation).
  • The seller fails to respond within 48 hours of a cancellation request.
  • WorkHub Support rules in your favour during a dispute resolution.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to My Orders from your dashboard.
  2. Open the relevant order.
  3. Click "Request Cancellation".
  4. Select a reason and provide a brief description.
  5. The seller will be notified and has 48 hours to accept or reject the cancellation.

Where is my refund sent?

Refunds are returned to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or bank account). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear.

💡 Tip: Always try to resolve issues with the seller through the messaging system first. Mutual cancellations are processed fastest.
