Withdrawing Your Earnings
Once a client approves your delivery, your earnings are credited to your WorkHub Wallet. You can withdraw these funds at any time.
How to Request a Withdrawal
- Go to your Dashboard → Wallet.
- Click "Withdraw Funds".
- Enter the amount (minimum LKR 1,000).
- Select your withdrawal method.
- Confirm the withdrawal request.
Available Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal Status
- Pending — Your request is under review by the WorkHub Finance Team.
- Processing — Approved and being processed by our payment partner.
- Completed — Funds have been sent to your bank/account.
- Rejected — Your request was rejected (you will receive an explanation by email).
💡 Tip: Ensure your bank account details are correct in your profile settings before requesting a withdrawal. Incorrect details may cause delays.
WorkHub Service Fee
WorkHub charges a 15% service fee on all completed orders. This is deducted automatically when earnings are credited to your wallet. The amount shown in your wallet is your net earning after the platform fee.
