The WorkHub Milestone Payment Plan
The Milestone Plan is WorkHub's premium payment option, designed for larger or more complex projects where you want to review progress before committing the full amount.
How the Milestone Plan Works
You pay 20% of the total order value. This is held in Escrow. The freelancer can now begin work on your project.
Before delivering the final work, the freelancer submits a demo or preview for your review.
If the demo meets your expectations, you approve it. This unlocks Milestone 2.
You pay the remaining 80%, which also goes into Escrow. The freelancer can now proceed with the final delivery.
Once you approve the final delivery, both payments are released to the freelancer.

Can I cancel during a Milestone order?
Yes. If you have only paid the 20% and the demo doesn't meet your requirements after revisions, you can request a cancellation. The 20% is refunded to you. The 80% is never charged if you cancel before Milestone 2.
