WorkHub Escrow Protection
WorkHub Escrow is a secure payment system that protects both buyers and sellers on the platform. It ensures that funds are never released unless the buyer is satisfied with the delivery.
How Escrow Works — Step by Step
Your payment is immediately transferred to WorkHub Escrow — a neutral holding account. The freelancer cannot access these funds yet.
The freelancer completes your order and submits the delivery through the order page.
You have 3 days to review and approve the delivery. You can request revisions if needed (up to the number included in your package).
Once you click "Approve Delivery", the funds are released from escrow to the freelancer's WorkHub Wallet.
What if I'm not satisfied?
- Request Revisions — If revisions are included in your package, use them before approving.
- Request Cancellation — If the seller cannot meet requirements, you can request a mutual cancellation and full refund.
- Open a Dispute — If the seller is unresponsive or refuses cancellation, contact WorkHub Support to mediate.
What is NOT covered by Escrow?
- Payments made outside WorkHub (e.g., via bank transfer directly to a freelancer)
- Orders cancelled after delivery approval
