Disputing a Delivery or Requesting Revisions
Not every delivery will be perfect on the first attempt. WorkHub provides a structured process for requesting revisions and, if necessary, opening a formal dispute.
Step 1: Request a Revision
If the delivery does not meet your requirements but is close, request a revision:
- Go to My Orders and open the order.
- Click "Request Revision".
- Clearly describe what needs to be changed.
- The seller will be notified and has 24 hours to respond.
You can request revisions up to the limit specified in your package. Check your order details to see how many are included.
Step 2: Open a Dispute
If the seller is unresponsive, refuses revisions, or the delivery is fundamentally different from what was agreed, open a dispute:
- On the order page, click "Open Dispute".
- Describe the issue in detail and attach evidence (screenshots, files).
- WorkHub Support will be notified and will review within 24–48 hours.
Dispute Resolution Process
Our team reviews all messages, files, and the original order requirements.
We contact both parties and attempt to reach an agreement.
If no agreement is reached, WorkHub Support makes a final decision — either approving a refund or releasing payment to the seller.
