Account Suspension & Restoration

WorkHub may suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. If your account has been suspended, here is what you need to know.

Common Reasons for Suspension

  • Providing false information during registration or verification
  • Receiving multiple reports from other users
  • Attempting to conduct transactions outside of WorkHub
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Submitting fraudulent payment information
  • Intellectual property violations

How to Submit a Restoration Appeal

  1. Visit the WorkHub Support page.
  2. Fill in the contact form and select "Restoration Appeal" as the category.
  3. In your message, clearly explain:
    • Why you believe the suspension was made in error
    • Any context or evidence that supports your case
    • Your commitment to complying with WorkHub's policies going forward
  4. Submit the form. Our Trust & Safety team will review within 24–48 hours.

Appeal Outcomes

  • Appeal Approved — Account restored, suspension lifted.
  • Appeal Under Review — Requires additional information from you.
  • Appeal Denied — Suspension stands. Repeated policy violations may result in permanent ban.
⚠️ Note: Submitting multiple appeals for the same issue may delay the review process. Submit one detailed appeal and wait for our team's response.
